| 200g/7oz | Spaghetti |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 255/9oz | minced steak |
| 2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed | |
| ½ | onion peeled and sliced |
| 400g/14oz | tinned tomatoes |
| 85ml/3fl oz | red wine |
| dash | Worcestershire sauce |
| dash | Tabasco |
| ½ | beef stock crumbled |
| 2 tbsp | fresh parsley chopped |
Cook Spaghetti
Heat oil add onion and steak and garlic.
Tip in tomatoes and red wine, add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco
Crumble in stock cube
Simmer for 10-12 mins
