Zubereitung:
Kartoffeln schälen und in Würfel schneiden, Zucchini schälen, Kerne entfernen und in Stücke schneiden. Zwiebeln würfeln.
Gemüse in den Topf geben, mit ca. 1/2 l Brühe auffüllen und ca. 20 min. dünsten.
Salz und Pfeffer zugeben. Zum Schluss mit Senf und Sahne abschmecken.
Heiße Würstchen obenauf legen.
