Enough chili for 12 | |

1 lb. | Hamburger meat |
1/4 | onion chopped |
1 pkg. | Chile seasoning mix |
1 can | tomato sauce |
Salt pepper and garlic salt to taste
Brown hamburger meat and onions. Drain grease. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Put enough water cover meat about 2 of the tomato sauce cans. When starts to boil turn heat to low and cover for 45 minutes to an hour.
Dip tortillas in hot grease. Just dip in and take out tortillas just need to be limp. Roll tortillas with cheese and onion (onions if you want them) place rolled tortillas in pan and pour chile over top. Add grated cheese to top cook 300 degrees till bubbly
