Tin-Foil Roast

1 2 1/2 to 3 lb. Roast | |
1 envelope | dry onion soup |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
Place roast on a double sheet of heavy duty tin foil. Stir together the soup and soup mix. Pour on top of roast. Seal foil. Put roast in pot and cook in oven at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes use juice for gravy.
