Preheat oven. Grease 9" square cake tin and line
Whisk eggs in large bowl until frothy, whisk in buttermilk and melted butter.
Sift flour, bicarb and salt together and gradually add to egg mixture. Fold in the crnmeal in several batches and then fold in corn kernals.
Pour batterinto tin Bake 25-30 mins. Cool for few mins before turning out. Cut into squares and serve warm.
DO NOT FREEZE
