| plain flour | |
| baking powder | |
| granulated sugar | |
| egg | |
| grated parmesan cheese |
In large bowl mix together all ingredients except oil
Heat oil in frying pan and add 6 dsp of mixture, patting into flat rounds. Fry gently for 2 mins. Turn and cook for another 2 mins
Repeat with rest of mixture, cool slightly before serving
