RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS

Preheat oven. Grease bun tins 1.5" deep
Sift together flours, bicarb, salt and cinnamon.. stir in bran, raisins and sugar
Mix egg, buttermilk, lemon juice and melted butter.
Add liquids to dry ingredients and stir only til four is moistened. Mixture should not be smooth.
Sppon into tins
Bake 20 mins
