      pastry shell
      egg
      caster sugar
      full cream milk
      ground nutmeg

Beat eggs and add sugar.

Heat milk but do not boil. Our over egg mixture and stir well

Pour into flan case. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cook 30 mins.

After 15 mins check pastry and if going brown loosely cover with foil.
