Flours and baking pwder in bowl. Rub in marg.
Stir in sugar and fruit. Add lightly beaten egg and milk, mix to sticky dough adding more milk if necessary (Stickier the better)
Knead dough lightly, roll out thickly.
Cut 15 circles with 2.25 cutter. Place close together in tin in five rows.
Brush tops with extra milk. Cook 20 mins until well risen and golden.
Cool in tin.
