CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

| onions | |
| salted butter | |
| plain flour | |
| chicken stock canned | |
| whipping cream |
Slice mushrooms, peel and dice onion
Melt butter and sautee onions and mushrooms until onions are soft
Sprinkle over flour, add stock a little at a time stirring continuously. Cook stirrine until thickened
Add cream and bring to boil stirring . Add chopped basil
Serve immediately
