      salted butter
      golden syrup
      dessicated coconut
      crushed pineapple
      egg
      margarine
      caster sugar
      self raising flour
      baking powder

7x11x1.25 tin lined greased

Melt butter, stir in syrup and coconut. Press into tin

Drain pineapple well place in large mixing bowl add all remaining ing. Beat well until smooth and creamy. Spreadcarefully over base.

Bake in centre 45-50 mins. Cool in tin. Turn out and cut into 16 fingers.
