COCONUT APRICOT SQUARES

To double quantity of Quick Mix add all but 2 tbsp toasted coconut
Spread into greased lined 7 x 103/4 tin
Bake 30 mins
Remove and turn onto wire rack
Arrange 15 apricots on whilst hot. Brush with a little juice from can. Sprinkle with reserved coconut. Cool and cut into squares.
