12 Deep muffin tins
Combine flours, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
In jug melt butter. Add egg, milk, lemon juice. Make well in centre of flour and add liquid then raisins and apple.
Mix until combined only.
Spoon into case.
Cook 20-25 mins.
