4 | chicken breast halves, (boneless, skinned) about 1 1/2 lbs. |
1/4 C. | flour |
1/4 C. | butter |
1/4 C. | white cooking wine, dry |
2 T. | lemon juice |
1/2 t. | salt |
1/4 t. | pepper |
Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet. Add chicken and brown 3 min. each side. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 3 min.
