1/2 c. | shredded coconut |
2 c. | Whole wheat flour |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1-1/4 tsp | instant yeast |
Combine wet in bread maker: | |
1 Tbsp | oil |
2 Tbsp | peanut butter |
3 Tbsp | honey |
1/2 c. | Coconut water, (1 coconut) |
1/2 c. | Unsweetened almond milk |
2 Tbsp | water |
1-1/2 lb | loaf light crust. |
Whole wheat program
Add ~ 1/4 c. Chopped dates
in 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
at beginning of second knead.
