Chicken Piccata

chicken breast | |
all purpose flour | |
1 stick | butter |
1 cup | white wine |
1 | lemon |
3 tablespoons | capers |
dash | salt |
1. Heat pan over medium heat and add butter
2. Lightly coat the thinly sliced chicken in flour
3. Pan fry chicken for five minutes
4. Transfer chicken to a plate
5. Add cup of wine to the pan
6. Juice from half of lemon
7. Add cappers
8. Add 4 small cubes of butter dipped in flour (to thicken souce)
9. Dash of salt
10. Return chicken to pan/ put lid on/ let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
