| CUCUMBER AND ONION SALAD | |
| 1 c. | sugar |
| 1 c. | Apple cider vinegar |
| 1 1/2 c. | water |
| Salt | |
| pepper to taste | |
| 2 lg. | cucumbers |
| 2 lg. | onions |
Peel and slice cucumbers and onions thin. Bring to boil sugar, vinegar, water, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cucumbers and onions while hot. Leave set overnight in refrigerator.
