TOP SHRIMP QUESADILLAS

| Ingredientes: - 2 tortillas para fajitas | |
| 60 grs. | Queso granulado |
| 40 grs. | De cebolla caramelizada, (falta rendimiento) |
| - 6 u. De camarón | |
| 1 gr. | De merken |
- 1 bullet de sour Cream.
PROCEDIMIENTO:
Poner sobre la plancha las tortillas y repartir sobre ellas el queso en forma equitativa.
Mientras el queso se funde preparar los camarones mezclados con la cebolla caramelizada y el merken.
Dar temperatura y cubrir una de las tortillas con el queso ya fundido.
Poner la segunda tortilla sobre la con todos los ingredientes y aplastar levemente con la espátula.
Una vez que este dorada retirar y cortar en 6 partes iguales y poner ordenadamente sobre el plato.
Agregar el bullet con sour Cream y ciboulette sobre este.
Servir.
