Macaroni/cauliflower Cheese Bake

| 8 oz | cheddar cheese. Grated |
| 4 oz | Romano cheese. Grated |

| 1pm dried elbows | |
| 1 c | sour cream |
Boil elbows/cauliflower
Mix cheeses and sour cream
Drain and mix together
Add 1/2 c milk
Spray baking dish
Bake 350 until golden brown
