Chicken thighs, (or breasts or a mixture of both) | |
onions | |
Paprika | |
garlic, herbs - chilli | |
Tinned tomatoes | |
red pepper | |
choritzo sausage | |

Add rice at end. I only have those instructions for this one. But I just throw it all in a wok and cook. Quick Vanilla souffles | |
300g | fresh vanilla custard, (short cut in chiller cabinet) |
l tsp vanilla extract | |
3 large | egg whites |
50g | caster sugar |
iceing suger to dust.
preheat oven to 200C put a baking sheet in to heat up, making sure that there is enough space above for the souffles to rise.
Put custard into large bowl and stir in vanilla. Put the egg whites in a separate bown and beat with whisk until stiff. Gradually add sugar to egg whites, whisking constantly. Fold the whites into the custard with large metal spoon.
Divide mixture equally amongst 6 ramakins. Quickly put them in oven for 15 mins until risen and golden.
Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
