Fancy Mac and Cheese

| 16 ounces | frozen chopped spinach |
| 1 box | Orzo pasta |
| Half cup | Parmesan cheese |
| Half cup | part skim mozzarella cheese |
| 1 tablespoon | butter |
| Salt, Pepper for flavoring |
•Microwave spinach until well heated and set aside.
•Cook Orzo according to box and heat butter then add drained Orzo.
•Add cheeses and spinach mix over low heat until combined. Add salt/pepper as needed.
