2green chillies chopped 150gms carrot boiled and fined chopped 100 gms beans boiled and finely chopped 25 gms cauliflower boiled and finely chopped 50 gms potato boiled and grated | |
Salt to taste | |
1/2 tsp | turmeric |
2 tsp | red chilly powder |
1 tbsp | coriander |
mint leaves finely chopped | |
25 gms breadcrumbs | |
1 tsp | green cardamom |
mace | |
caraway seeds powdered | |
1 tsp | cumin powder |
For the filling 25 gms cottage cheese 25 gms khoya 25 gms onion chopped browned | |
1/2tsp | mint |
coriander | |
1/2 tsp | White pepper powder |
Salt to taste |
Method
Heat oil,add ginger green chilly stir fry. Add vegetables sauté,add salt turmeric red chilly powder, mint coriander leaves and cook well.add read crumbs, powdered green cardamom, mace and caraway seeds and cumin powder. Shape into 50 gms patties.
For stuffing
Mix grated cottage cheese , etc. Stuff patties and shallow fry till golden brown.
