Appetizer Avocado, Tomato and Feta Dip

4 small | plum tomatoes, (add sugar to them if not ripe/fresh), chpd |
1 8 oz feta ( buy block, not crumbled if possible) | |
2 T | olive oil |
2 T | white vinegar |
Following can be fresh or powder (about 1 tsp of each) onion powder,garlic powder,basil,oregano,parsley,S&P
Combine all ingredients together and chill. Best if prepared day of. Serve with tortilla scoop chips or any type of cracker/bread
