Linguine and clams

3 cans | minced clams, (drained-save 1 cup) |
1 bunch | green onions |
2 | garlic cloves |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
4 tbsp | butter |
1/4 cup | parsley |
1 box | linguine, (cooked and drained) |
Heat oil and butter, add onions and garlic
Add the 1 cup of clam juice to onion mix when onions slightly cooked
Simmer 5 minutes
Add 3 cans of minced clams and 1/4 cup parsley, simmer 5-10 minutes
Serve over linguine
Makes 4-6 servings
