Procedimento:
Mettere sul fuoco in una terrina farina, acqua, sale e margarina, poi in planetaria aggiungere le uova. Imburrare padelle e cuocere a 230'C per 10 minuti con la valvola chiusa poi a 240'C per 5 minuti con la valvola aperta.
