    1 1/2 cup  non fat plain yogurt
    3  cucumbers peeled and diced
    2 tablespoons  chopped red onion
    1  tomato diced
    2 tablespoon  sugar
    1 teaspoon  dried dill

Combine all ingredients mix well sprinkle serve cold with pita bread
