On the side--stir fry sweet potatoes

| 4 large | sweet potatoes |
| 1 | onion sliced |
| 1 | sweet green bell pepper sliced |
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
| 1 teaspoon | dried parsley |
| 1 teaspoon | dried thyme |
| 1/2 teaspoon | dried rosemary |
| 1/2 cup | white wine |
| Black pepper to taste |
Wash and scrub sweet potatoes Microwave four minutes or until softened
Sauté onion and pepper in olive oil and add herbs
Cut the potatoes into cubes add to green pepper-onion mixture add wine
Season with pepper stiffly until the potatoes are fully cooked
