Sausage Egg Casserole

6 slices | bread in cubes, (take crusts off if preferred) |
1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese goes next |
cook & drain 1 lb pork sausage | |
6 | eggs |
2 cups | milk |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | dry mustard mixed |
Line casserole dish with bread, place cheese next, followed by sausage, followed by liquid mix. Let whole thing sit for 12 hours. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Do not cover.
