Sweet and tart new potatoes - Fran

18 | new potatoes, unpeeled |
quartered | |
2 small | chopped onions |
3 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | salt- or more |
2 tbsp | flour |
1 1/2 cup(s) | milk |
1 cup(s) | sour cream |
2 tbsp | white vinegar |
Boil pots to tender. Dran. In saucepan, saute onions in butter. Stir in | |
sugar, salt, and flour. Gradually add milk. Simmer until thick. Add sour |
cream and pepper. Cook until sauce bubbles. Combine sauce and potatoes.
Serve hot.
Doesn't double well.
