| 4 tbsp | cornstarch |
| 1/4 cup(s) | sugar |
| 1/4 cup(s) | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 cup(s) | firm yogurt |

Cook 1/2 strawberries 6-8 min. Combine conrstarch, sugar and juicein pan
and whisk to uniform. Put hot strawberries back in pan and cook slowly
until thiick.Puree rest of strawberries and add to mixture. Allow to
cool. Mix in yogurt and whipped cream to taste. Cool
