Sherried bananas

3 large | firm bananas |
1 cup(s) | cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
1/4 cup(s) | dry sherry |
1/4 cup(s) | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Saute bananas in butter, drain. Put in shallow dish, sprinkle with 2 T
sugar and add 1/2 sherry and vanilla. Whip cream. Add sugar, sherry and
vanilla. Spoon oveer bananas and chill. Serve cold.
