Gravies and Sauces--Sweet pepper pasta sauce

| 4 cloves | garlic. Crushed |
| 1 teaspoon | olive oil |
| 4 | tomatoes diced |
| 2 sweet peppers cut into small pieces | |
| 1/2 cup | white wine |
| 1/2 tablespoon | dried basil |
After you have cut the vegetables sauté the garlic in oil for one ,inure. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until you have the right consistency for pasta sauce. About fifteen minutes. Serve over pasts
