Roasted vegetable lasagna

1 | onion |
1 - 2 cloves | garlic |
1 litre | tomato sauce |
1/3 tbsp | oregano |
1/3 tsp | basil |
1 carton | ricotta cheese |
Roast peppers, eggplant, zucchini onion and garlic at 350 for 15 min with
olive oil. Mix sauce, spices, and mushrooms. Mix spinach and ricotta
cheese. Layer as for lasagna 350 for 1 hr.
