Roasted cauliflower

1 head | cauliflower |
1/2 lemon juice and zest | |
1/2 cup(s) | olive oil |
3 leaves | oregano |
1 tsp | coarse salt |
Preheat oven to 450. Cut head into pieces, then 1/4 inch slices. Mix
zest, juice etc. in bowl. Add cauliflower and toss. Spread on sheet.
Roast in oven for about 12 mi.
