Rack of Lamb

2 baby rack with 8 chops at le ast | |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
3-4 sprigs | fresh thyme |
Cut diagonal crisscross in outside layer of fat. Rub lamb with vinegar
and oil and put thyme on top. Let stand 30 min.. Grill rack over very
hot coals for 5 min each side. or longer if desired.
