    1 cup(s)  flour
    1/4 cup(s)  butter
    pinch  salt
    1 tbsp  cold water
    4 oz  ham
    6 slices  bacon, alternative
    1 cup(s)  swiss cheese
    4  spring onions
    4  egg
    1 cup(s)  light cream
    1/2 tsp  salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp  pepper
    some  parsley
    1/4 tsp  dry mustard
Spread pastry in 8 inch buttered pie dish. Pre-heat oven to 325. Bake pie shell. Put half sliced cheese on base of pie and sprinkle ham on top - or sprinkle cooked bacon on.. Top with cheese and sprinkle onions. Beat
      eggs, cream, s & p and pour over. Bake 30 min at 350.
