Pork Tenderloin - berta

1 tbsp | butter |
2 cloves | garlic |
1 small | onion |
1 lb | pork tenderloin, sliced very |
thin | |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 lb | mushrooms |
heat oil and soften garlic and onion. Saute tenderloin slices very slowly
for 10 min. Stir in soy. Increase heat and spread mushies over meat.
Cover pan and cook 10 min. Uncover, increase heat and cook 2-3 min more
rapidly. Serve over rice.
