Pork Roast with Grapefruit

1 cloves | garlic |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
1 tsp leaf | marjoram |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 cup(s) | grapefruit juice |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
1 tbsp | grated rind |
1/8 tsp | mace |
1/2 cup(s) | cold water |
3 tbsp | flour |
1/3 tsp | salt |
1/8 tbsp | dry mustard |
1 1/2 cup(s) | boiling water |
1 | grapefruit, peeled and cut |
Cut slits in roast and put in garlic. Combine 1 tsp. mustard, 1 tsp. marjoram and 1 tsp salt. and rub on. Roast 2 1/2 hours. Combine juice, | |
