    1 lb  lard
    6 cup(s)  flour
    2 tsp  salt
    1 tbsp  vinegar
    1  egg

Mix flour + salt cut in lard. mix in combined egg + vinegar. Add water
to make 1 cup. Gradually stir liquid into mixture . Can freeze. Makes
3 2-crust pies.
