    1 1/2 cup(s)  flour
    1 pinch  salt
    3/4 cup(s)  cold butter
    5 tbsp  ice water, (or more)

Flour and salt in bowl and cut in fat. Add water. Refrigerate. Can use
food processor . Place flour salt and butter in . Process on/off until
coarse. Sprinkle in 4 tbsp water and process until moist and crumbly, but
not completely together. Place on bounter and lightly knead to ball.
