Sift flour, b.p. salt and sugar together. Make a well and add next 4 ing.
in order. beat with spoon until smooth.
put whites and tartar together
and beatinto stiff peaks. put yolk mixture over whites, folding. pour
into pan.bake at 325 for 55 min. then 350 for 10 min.or 15 min.
