1/2 cup(s) | unsalted butter |
2 tbsp +2 tsp. | cream |
2 tbsp | custard powder |
2 cup(s) | icing sugar |
4 oz. sq. | semi-sweet chocolate |
2 tbsp | unsalted butter |
To make base: mix 1/2 cup butter, sugar, egg and ocoa. Place over | |
boiling water, stir until looks like custard. Remove from heat. Add |
crumbs, cocnut and nuts. Spread in greased 9-inch pan, press down.
To
make filling: cream 1/4 cup butter, milk, custard powder and icing sugar
until smooth. Spread over base.
Topping: melt chocolate and remaining
butter over hot water. Spread over custard filling. Chill. Keep in
referator.
