    1/2 cup(s)  butter
    1/4 cup(s)  sugar
1 egg-beaten
    5 tbsp  cocoa
    1 3/4 cup(s)  graham wafers
    1 cup(s)  unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup(s) chopped nuts -pecans or almo nds
    1/2 cup(s)  unsalted butter
    2 tbsp +2 tsp.  cream
    2 tbsp  custard powder
    2 cup(s)  icing sugar
    4 oz. sq.  semi-sweet chocolate
    2 tbsp  unsalted butter
To make base: mix 1/2 cup butter, sugar, egg and ocoa. Place over
      boiling water, stir until looks like custard. Remove from heat. Add

crumbs, cocnut and nuts. Spread in greased 9-inch pan, press down.
To
make filling: cream 1/4 cup butter, milk, custard powder and icing sugar
until smooth. Spread over base.
Topping: melt chocolate and remaining
butter over hot water. Spread over custard filling. Chill. Keep in
referator.
