Yield: servings 1 boneless leg of lamb
    1/2 cup(s)  olive oil
    3 tsp  dried oregano
    6-8 cloves  garlic
2 lemons -zest and juice
    3 tsp  grainy mustard
    1/2 tsp  salt
Blend oil, oregano, garlic, lemon, mustard and s and p for marinade. Rub all over meat. Marinate overnight if possible. Make a tapinade of 3 T
      dried tomatoes, #T kalamata olives zest of a lemon, 1-2 garlics cloves, a
    bit  olive oil
    3 T  mint leaves
    3 Tsp  capers

Cook lamb on bbq.
Took about 45 min. on bbq. Can roast at 400 . Delish
can use 1/2 cup
white wine for lamb shoulder and wrap in foil cook slow for hours
