Dips/Spreads/Dressings--Versatile vinaigrette for pasta salad.

1/4 cup | canola oil |
2 tablespoons | red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoons | balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons | honey |
1 teaspoon | dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoons | dried basil |
1/2 teaspoons | thyme |
Black pepper to taste |
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly
Or combine in a jar with a right fitting lid and shake well
Refrigerate fifteen to thirty minutes to allow the flavors to develop
Makes 1/4 cup dressing
