| 1 cup | cream |
| 2cups | sugar |
| Pinch | nutmeg |
| salt | |
| Spread over rhubarb and bake 350 oven for 35 mins Beat 6 egg whites | |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 2 tsp | vanilla |
Spread onto baked custard and bake 350 oven for 15 mins
