Fudge Icing hot -Linds

1/2 cup(s) | butter |
1 cup(s) | cocoa |
1/2 tsp | instant coffee, (optional) |
2 lb | icing sugar |
2/3 cup(s) | scalded milk |
1 tbsp | vanilla |
Mix butter and cocoa and melt on low-mid heat. Stir to very smooth. Add
scalded milk and stir -it'll change texture- OK...Take off heat, stir in
vanilla. Immediately begin to mix in icing sugar with a spoon. Mix well
fast, as it hardens quickly. Immediately pour over layer of cake. Pour
it all - it's a lot of icing, but good.
