    1 1/2 lb  halibut
    1/2 cup(s)  shallots
    1 bulb  fennell
    1 1/2 cup(s)  vegetable stock
    1 tsp  black pepper
    3 tbsp  flour
    4 large  potatoes-mashed
    6 oz  spinach

Saute fennell +shallots in oil covered
simmer season + add Flour saute
3 min add veg Stock Bring to boil stirring. Add halibut in 1in cubes.
Add 6ozof chopped spinach. Cook covered until halibut cooked. Put in 8X8
tin . mashed pots with butter. Spread on top. Under broiler.
