Appetizer Spinach, Garlic & Vegetable Dip

1 8 oz creme cheese, softened | |
2 pkg 5.2 oz | each garlic and fine herbs Gournay cheese |
1/2 cup | heavy cream |
2 tsp | lemon juice, eyeball it |
1 tsp | worchestershire |
1 tsp | hot sauce, eyeball it |
2 boxes, 10 oz | each, chpd frozen spinach, thawed, drained |
1/2 | red bell pepper, chpd |
1 can 5 oz | sliced water chestnuts, drained, chpd |
4 | scallions, chpd |
1 small | carrot, peeled, finely diced |

Food processor combine cheeses and cream until smooth. Add lemon juice, hot sauce, pulse to combine. Add cheese blend to spinach in mixing bowl. Mix in bell pepper, water chestnuts, scallions and carriers until vegetables are evenly distributed. Season with S/P. Serve with crackers
