Chicken Sopa & Enchilada

6-8 | chicken breasts boiled & shredded |
1 can | Rotel with green chilies |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
1 can | cream of chicken soup |
1 can | chicken stock |
1 | onion chopped |
1 lb | grated montery jack cheese |
1pkg | flour tortillas |
Mix all ingredients together and layer or roll between tortillas being sure to reserve some cheese and mixture to layer over the top. Bake 30 min. Or till bubble and hot.
