| 2 | eggs |
| 2 cups | flour |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 4 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | vanilla |
| 1/2 cup | oil |
| 2 cups | milk |
Beat eggs add 1 cup of milk and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and sift into eggs and milk. Beat well. Add oil and rest of milk more or less until consitenency to pour onto well oiled griddle.
